Plenty of people give up on affiliate work for one reason only: they do not want to appear. It is a fair objection, and the good news is that a face was never a requirement. Trust is a requirement, and there is more than one way to build it.
Comparison and review pages
The format most compatible with anonymity, and one of the best converting. Somebody searching “A or B” wants the information, not the person. The text carries the trust on its own, as long as it is honest — including about the flaws.
Video without a face
Hands showing the product, a recorded screen, narration over footage. It is one of the fastest-growing formats, precisely because the demonstration matters more than the presenter.
Groups and communities
Nobody in a deal group knows what you look like. What builds standing there is curation: whoever always posts something good becomes the reference.
Search
The most impersonal front of all, and the one with the highest buying intent. The person searches for the product, finds your page, reads and decides. No step in that requires knowing who you are.
What gets harder
Being honest about this matters. With no face, you build trust more slowly, and pure-opinion content works less well. The compensation is being more useful: fuller information, a fairer comparison, and admitting when the product does not suit.
