The questions your customers repeat are the same ones thousands of people type into a search box: which product for oily skin, which gift for a particular occasion, how to use a given range. Answering that on a page of your own reaches people who do not know you yet.
That is different from publishing the catalogue: everybody has the catalogue, nobody has your answer.
An address that gathers it all
A simple page with who you are, the area you serve, the questions answered and the link to your store. It is yours, it can appear in search, and it does not compete with the thousands of identical stores — because it is not identical. Putting that page up takes a weekend.
Being found
A published page is not a found page. It has to be discovered, and that happens when other sites point at it. That is the slow half of the work, and the half that keeps paying.
Organised messaging
Instead of one list with everybody on it, separate people by interest: who buys fragrance, who buys skincare, who buys gifts. The same message to everybody is exactly what makes people mute the contact.
